3 days fly-in safari from Zanzibar itinerary
DAY1: ZANZIBAR- TARANGIRE GAME DRIVE
Pick up from hotel and transfer to Zanzibar Airport (included) to start your best 3 day Tanzania safari from Zanzibar. Explore the Tarangire, particularly known for the Ancient Baobab trees & having the largest concentration of elephants.
Do a game drive through the park depending on where animals have reported sightings of animals (mostly predators, lions, cheetahs & leopards as they are harder to spot) as herbivores (giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, etc are plenty to see through the park.
Dinner and overnight at Farm of Dreams
DAY 2: NGORONGORO CRATER FULL-DAY GAME DRIVE.
After an early breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro and descend into the Crater for a full-day crater game drive.
The Ngorongoro Crater is famous for Africa’s best game viewing as there is an ever-present abundance of wildlife due to the permanent water supply and plenty of other resources on the crater floor. Upon arrival at the Crater’s rim, descend 610 meters into the Crater where our safari begins.
In the afternoon, you will have a quick lunch stop at the Hippo Lake view and then proceed with the game drive till evening. Ascend back up to the crater and drive to Farm of Dreams for dinner and overnight.
DAY 3: MANYARA THEN ZANZIBAR.
Discover more wildlife including buffalo, zebras, wildebeests, mongoose, klipspringers, bushbucks, and tree-climbing lions.
Lake Manyara National Park is well known for its rare tree-climbing lions and the vast elephant herds. Also get ready to see the shores of the lake, encrusted with pink flamingos and more than 350 species of birds, many of them waterfowl or migrants.
lovely picnic lunch will be served in the park and after, proceed with the game drive till afternoon and check out the park.
Drive back to Arusha Airport for your evening flight back to Zanzibar.
