Best 4-days Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari itinerary

DAY 01: ARUSHA-SERENGETI

Depart (around 7 am) for your great Serengeti National Park, drive can take a maximum of 7 hours including all the stops.

Transit through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, giving you a chance to see the Ngorongoro Crater from a view point (a breath-taking view indeed).

Stop for a picnic lunch at Serengeti Naabi gate around 2pm, before continuing on with your game drives in the Serengeti till evening. Drive to the Into Wild Africa for dinner and overnight.

DAY 02: SERENGETI FULL-DAY GAME DRIVE.

Set out at dawn and start your full day Serengeti game drive follow the great wildebeest migration.

Right after an amazing morning game drive, go back to the lodge around noon for a cooked lunch before leaving for another spectacular late afternoon game drive plus sunset game drives.

Our 4-day Serengeti and Ngorongoro safari tour, gives you enough time to explore the Serengeti which is home to more than 500 different bird species as well as big animals and big cats.

Proceed with wildlife viewing in the Serengeti, before head back to lodge for delicious dinner and a rustic night rest.

DAY 03: SERENGETI-NGORONGORO

This will be our last day in the Serengeti National park. Following breakfast, we’ll go with a packed hot lunch for an early morning game drive that will last till afternoon. Experience what is Serengeti is famous for (stunning beauty, diverse landscapes and the great wildebeest migration) for one last time.

After lunch, we’ll head to lodge, grab our things and then start a transfer game drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

We’ll then stay at Ngorongoro Safari Lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4: NGORONGORO CRATER GAME DRIVE

Descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro crater around 6 am for your last wildlife game viewing in the Ngorongoro Crater.

Ngorongoro crater safari offer you almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa, including the rare endangered black rhino.
Lunch will be served at the crater’s base picnic site near hippo pool around noon, and after that, take your last photos in the crater before start your journey back to Arusha, marking the end of your perfect Ngorongoro and Serengeti 4-days safari
