Best 4-days Tanzania fly-in safari itinerary

DAY 1: ZANZIBAR-SERENGETI

A driver will come to pick you up at 5:00 am (Depending on where you stay) and transfer you to Abeid Amani Karume International Airport to start your 4-day fly in safari.

Arrive in Seronera, Serengeti before noon, and meet your safari crew and greet/brief you on the safari you’re about to start.

Proceed with a full day of game drives till the afternoon then head to the lodge for lunch and a quick rest. After a delicious meal, proceed with another game drive and enjoy a surreal sunset in the Serengeti.

DAY 2: SERENGETI HALF-DAY GAME DRIVE.

After breakfast, we’ll go with a packed meal for an early morning game drive till the afternoon. Experience what The Serengeti is famous for (wildebeest migration and big cats) for one last time.

After your lunch, proceed to the lodge for packing and start a transfer game drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Stop along the way and view more wildlife.

DAY 3: NGORONGORO CRATER

After an early breakfast drive from Lodge or camp to Ngorongoro Crater. Descend 600 meters into the crater for a morning wildlife viewing. Ngorongoro crater is famous for a rare endangered wild black rhinos.

Lunch will then be served at the crater’s picnic site near a hippo lake/pool. After, you can decide to proceed with game drives or take the last photos in the park and head back to the Lodge for a nice relaxation and evening swimming sessions.

DAY 4: TARANGIRE  THEN FLY BACK TO ZANZIBAR

After breakfast, go to Tarangire and get there in just 30 to 40 minutes and proceed with more game drives with our 4-day fly in safari tour. The park is famous for its old baobab trees, tree-climbing pythons, African elephants, and over 400 different bird species.

Explore the landscape rich in flora and fauna inside the park.
